Guest guest
Some wonder how it is after many of the infusions of the body have taken root and the next phases of the Kundalini begin to manifest. One of these next phases - for me - has been a permanent and magnified " Ah Ha! " moment. It is the sensation of the highest point inside of the " Ah Ha " moment as if one has reached it and it never completes the " come down " of the normal cycle. It stays up top and is very uplifting and serene at the same time. This is merely the " sensate " description and it does accompany other information. It is positioned and associated with bliss and ecstasy though with out the very pleasant convulsions and magnitude. So this can happen while you drive without you becoming a safety hazard. – lol! One feels this all the time twenty four seven. Even when one becomes accustomed to this feeling it is still a very present and clear over arching mechanism of Kundalini and its permanent presence in the body(s) -

Guest guest
I love the long Ah Ha! moments (that's part of my K syndrome is not being able to come down)! One question though, I cannot sleep during this, I'm too excited about everything, how do you sleep? Guest guest
With Kundalini it is best to enjoy where you at without regard to where it may take you next. - lol and love to you Iona. - chrism , " ionaskydancer " <ionaskydancer wrote: > > This does indeed sound beautiful. Guest guest
Inside of these Ah ha! moments one will not need as much sleep as before. This is a natural attribute of the Kundalini. A gift of more time to experience more creative activities. When you " need " to sleep you will. Your body will acclimate to the Kundalini changes being given. As you discontinue the chemicals, and especially the caffeine if you take it, your sleeplessness will subside. Remember you are inside of a mix of " artificial man made chemicals " and the " natural Kundalini divine transformations " of your entire body by the Kundalini. So there will be some disparities with your Kundalini symptoms due to the lack of understanding of Kundalini by modern chemical science. So be at ease and take it slow. Be gradual and under an MDs direction for the discontinuance. Stop the caffeine for sure as this can amplify your energy due to the Kundalini to a great degree. If you are taking it. - blessings and love for you and your family Laura! - chrism , " lo1o113 " <lo1o113 wrote: I'm too excited about everything, how do you sleep?
