re: checking in - dream

I had a series of weird dreams last night after no dreams that I could remember

for weeks. I dreamt I was at an AA meeting with a small doll. We were all

sitting around a circle with desks and we all had an introductory reading (or

song?). I initially set my doll which was a B.K.S. Iyengar doll (the big yoga

guru that started a very precise yoga I've studied for about 15 years) on my

desk but then moved it to a smaller desk beside me to be less conspicuous. He

had no feet. I shared my paper to read or sing from with my doll. When I left,

I realize I left my doll behind and had to call to find it.

 

Another dream I had was with my sponsor who was sponsoring a new man and this

man was sort of in a trance or stupor.

 

Anyway, any thoughts? It may be about finding my stance in the world as there

is some big shift taking place that I can't even articulate but am feeling as

though I'm finding a new center. I have felt sort of weird lately. A lot of

heaviness in my thymus area, the area right below my throat, and also in my

upper chest. I have been waking up with a lot of fluttering in my belly for

about a week. Chrism, if you have thoughts about the dreams or this upper chest

area i'd love to hear them.

 

When I had my K activation, it was so intense that I could not do any yoga

because it intensified an already intense energetic infusion and it also

produced heat, flushing. I've only recently reintroduced a little yoga. I

also taught for about 8 years and quit teaching about a year ago. I've been

thinking about going back to teaching again on a very limited basis.

i had a dream about being in transformers at power plants that had battery acid

on them and i was in a doll house with mirors everywhere then i had a dream i

was with my mom and the ninja turtles swimming in a pond near the mall . we

tried to get through a wooden door with i think a stick to unlock the door but

could not so we were stuck in the pond .
