No more lying down meditations for you dear Lucia. Please desist from this

immediatly.

Please do the outside walking meditations and please do go into the forest. Be

safe with yourself and your surroundings. Please get some Sunlight upon you in

as complete a way as you are comfortable and please do this at least three times

a week by yourself. Make sure that you are saturated with the sunlight in every

place but not burned.

Please do this phrase meditation every day and night as you can. Here are some

instructions:

1)

Find a private place where you can have silence. Loosen or remove any

restrictive or constrictive clothing including underwear and shoes. Turn down

the lights if you can.

2)

Sit on a straight back chair and scoot your bottom to the edge of the chair

avoiding the use of the back of the chair. Spine is straight though without

being " forced. " By straight I mean we are not slouching and the natural " S "

curve of the spine is encouraged.

3)

Bring your bare feet into a flat contact with the floor spread the legs out to

the degree of the shoulders width and bring your hands onto your knees with the

fingers in the locked position palms up.

4)

As you are there on the egde of the chair breathe in and as you breathe in say

to yourself on the inhale

" I am at one with the all that I am "

Say this three times as your lungs fill. But do not try to over fill your lungs

to fit the phrase. Be natural and comfortable as this is a " meditation. "

5)

At the top of the breath say the phrase three times as your breath is held and

then release that breath and say the phrase for at least three times.

6)

Do this over and over. At first you will focus on " doing it right " No worries

this is natural. Then it will become natural and from that point will you slip

the bonds of normal beta brainwave activity and come into the semi lucid state

of the meditative qualities.

7)

Morning and evening for at least twenty minutes to start and then extending that

to an hour when you can. - Give this and the other suggestions a try dear Lucia!

Every day for the meditation. - blessings to you. - chrism
