Guest guest
Ok, so I awake at 3 am to go throw up, a lot (sorry for the graphic image). What? I felt and feel fine. I ate right before bed, which is not very typical, but I wouldn't think that would cause the episode. Is there a correlation to K? Of course watching bear grylls doesn't help, but I always turn the channel for a time when he does something utterly disgusting. It is really strange as I feel fine. Slight upset stomach before bed and during the episode, but have felt fine since. I can't pinpoint anything that would cause that. Guest guest
I do not suggest that you eat right before bed. If you do take time for a walk first. Also look at what it is you are consuming and get a feel for its appropriate quality. Purging is not a bad thing Bill and it is indicative of a release of not only stomach contents but also of those emotions and feelings and contradictions and hurts we can sometimes feel inside of the Kundalini experience. A release of the old you and a clean entrance for the new you. Television is not recommended but I do understand its significance in peoples lives. So do your best to avoid disgusting programming unless you wish to feel its after effects from the amplified version your body takes in via the Kundalini awakening process. - blessings Bill - chrism , " astronutski " <astronutski wrote: > > Ok, so I awake at 3 am to go throw up, a lot (sorry for the graphic image). Guest guest
Thanks Chrism, The only TV I watch is NASA channel, the Weather channel, NOVA once in a while when they have interesting Astronomy stuff, and Man vs Wild (bear grylls). I turn the gross parts. I know exactly what you mean, and I typically do not watch TV at all. Oh, I like watching NHL Hockey, but for some reason it's not on? (LOL, that was a joke) Thanks, I will not eat before bed, I know that's a dumb thing to do anyway, it's just sometimes that's when I stop for the day and break for dinner believe it or not. I will work on that, and also do the walk thing as you suggest, thank you. Off to the woods now, gotta get away from this electricity :^) Love, Bill , " " <> wrote: > > I do not suggest that you eat right before bed. > > If you do take time for a walk first. Guest guest
Yes you may turn the gross parts but as you have been watching the show your subconscious can fill in the gross blanks easy enough! But hey its your thing Bill and if it brings you joy or an endorphin rush then it is yours have and to hold. It merely may have some effect upon you. Go for the DVD player and play what you love. - chrism
