Hi Bill:

I apologize that I cannot answer your question. But from a personal experience,

there was a time when this happened to me after hearing a song performed live.

It was a beautiful song...but I rushed home and you get the idea. There was a

second time when I was driving to work, and actually had to pull off the side of

the road. I called it Orange Crush based on the REM song. There I was dizzy, my

heart splintering open and sick. I find that this is an instant reaction to

anything graphic. I stopped watching TV quite awhile ago. In my scenario,I

considered it a release...a clearing and purging, because it was so beyond

anything that could have been associated with a typical sickness.

Not sure it that helps, as I anticipate you are looking for answers.

As you make changes in your life to support the Kundalini transformation the

dizzyness will pass and so will many of the discomforts we can experience due to

a resistance to change. - blessings Bill. - chrism

Hi there

My first time entering group discussions...my dizziness seemed to increase

over time after the spinning in the 5 Tibetans it has now increased in

intensity but lasts for a shorter period and somehow seesm more bearable and

controllable..it goes away quicker if i go straight into the next

exercise...not sure if this is because i have been afflicted with vertigo

intermittentely for the last 12 years

Welcome marie-anna, looking forward to getting to know you. It helps me with the

dizziness to go straight into the next tibetan, as well.

Love & blessings,

Linda
