Hi Everyone,

 

I've been really busy this week with work so I've been a bit quiet! (You didn't

think that was possible, did you?) (:

 

Danielle love that your typing chakras are turned on!!! You're igniting us all

up and we love it!

 

Been really feeling so much beautiful movement and feelings all week, I think

because of the healing incursion starting tomorrow. Many times this week I break

down in tears of happiness and love. I've turned so sappy this week you all

wouldn't be able to stand me! (:

 

Took some night bike rides - ok yes it was really late, (shhhh really really

late) but it's so thrilling - the moon, the stars, feelings of connection with

everything and one - there's something so magical about the night I just love!

It's so dark even with my light on my bike I can hardly see the sidewalk in

front of me. But honestly...how exciting is that??? (:(:(:(:(:

 

I've been doing so much all week I start getting tired and then go outside for a

short meditation - and after just a bit I feel so much better and awake and

alive and full of energy, so that's been great because I've had so much to do.

And some nights I try to lay out there and WOW the sky has been incredible!

Clear and the stars so beautiful and the air so alive and the glow of it all -

Feel so grateful in my heart (yes I'm so sappy this week - no girls its not even

that time right now) What's up with that?

 

Okay the healing incursion starts tomorrow...so off to bed or trampoline....(:
