An update

After waking up (early for me) this morning to mediate and say the incursion

prayer and to open the south point on the healing incursion diamond, I then came

here to the main group and made a few postings. James was still not up yet, so I

decide to mediate again until he wakes up.

 

In just a little while my left astral hand and arm separated from the physical

and then the next instant I was outside walking bare foot in a grassy area. I

step on something round (inch or so diameter) with my left foot and it went up

into my astral foot and stayed there. I was instantly back near by physical body

levitating about a foot above parallel to it. My physical left foot began

shaking and some kriya jerking of it. I stayed that way for quite a while until

three waves of bliss sensation infusing both my physical and astral bodies.

 

What was that round object? Whatever it was has left me feeling quiverly,

tinglingly.

Has anyone else experience something of such entering them while out of body?

Just wondering what was with that?

Hi Linda,

 

I loved this! Such a good feeling, isn't it? Whatever that stone signified it

obviously was a great sign by the fact of your kundalini giving you those

beautiful blissful feelings. Doesn't that make you feel good as if it's a

recognition that you are on a great path for yourself! I remember snakes once

going inside me...(: but not a stone.. One time when I was obeing, well first I

got stuck in the wall like winnie the pooh - one side in one reality, feet out

in this reality and body stuck in the wall! ha At first I sorta panicked for a

moment, then thought started cracking up laughing at what this would look like

to someone passing and couldn't stop laughing...the next moment I Flew out of

that wall like a torpedo! I think I'm crazy even in my obe's. Anyway I met this

woman there from another era and she gave me a ring and I knew it was special

some how...she put it in my hand and with both her hands she closed my hands and

held it with much meaning - she looked into my eyes and told me what she gave me

was very important and I am to cherish and keep it now. But then when I got

up....wouldn't you know it...it wasn't there! haha

Hi Deb, yes it did leave a good feeling that is still with me, but was wondering

what it was. I did not take it to be a stone, it was perfect round item like a

ball or orb. Hehe! I wonder if it was one of you chi balls that missed me and

was just laying there in the grass waiting for me to step on.

 

I have not ever been stuck in a wall or anything like that but I did do a

torpedo right through this cow's head once. I came out the other side and got

tangled and stuck in the barredwire fence. I am afraid of cows. LOL! Crazy thing

to be afraid of I know. Anyways, I was there tangled in the wire fence and all

the cow where coming over to see what I was, thinking I had something to give

them to eat I guess. I got untangled just in the nick of time.

 

In another astral experience, I was given a silver necklace and sense it to be

important, but like you, I didn't get to bring it to the physical either. I took

it be be a symbol of a gift given. I feel we do still have our gifts, whatever

they may be.
