Yes I will give you the daily digest.

 

Alcohol doesnt mix well with the Kundalini. Drink as much real lemonade as you

can get or watermelon juice or spring water. Really drink as much as you can

though dont drown yourself. More than oce through out a couple of days. Your

balance will return.

 

Yes Kundalini can give you some small blister like phenomena as well as some

itchy and scratchy skin. Hot baking soda baths can help this and please be aware

of scratching and do not do it. Keep the skin folds on your body clean and as

dry as you can such as between the cheeks of the bottom and underarms, perineum

and anywhere that doesnt see much daylight so to say. Men or women. Keep these

areas clean. If there is already a rash or the blisters keep them clean with a

grain alcohol - Dont drink it! - lol. I use " Everclear " in its strongest

formula. Clean the areas let the alcohol evaporate and this should begin to

ameliorate the issue.

 

Along with the baths.

 

Also try to avoid the hot and spicy foods. These can actually pull Kundalini to

the skin as it will ride the sweat.

 

The third eye will throb but that doesnt mean a " certain " opening. Sixth chakras

except for Kundalini sweeps open gradually typically. A sweep can open it

suddenly. But it will often close back to a certain level though never again

will it close completely. This will need to become explored and acclimated to.

Adjusted to. Dont be afraid. Surrender to the throbbing and know that you " know "

what is occurring and take some comfort from that. - blessings to you and wife
