Guest guest
I am new to the group, and I believe I am experiencing a Kundalini awakening. I am a bit worried about the process and its symptoms, and I want to learn as much about it as I can. I would like to know if there is anyone in the group from the Philadelphia area who is also experiencing or has experienced a Kundalini awakening. I would be eager to meet people who want to discuss this experience in person and offer advice and support to each other. Thanks

Guest guest
Chrism, Thanks for your welcome. I have been reading the posts and reading from other sources and I am begining to understand a little more about the process of kundalini. But things are starting to get pretty intense, and I really would like to meet people who have been through this for some support. I realize that people may want to get to know me before meeting in person, but I would be willing to email back and forth directly with people or possibly talk to people on the phone before meeting in person. I'm sorry for being persistent, but I am just very worried and need some help. I put a post on craigslist trying to start a Kundalini support group in Philadelphia, so if anyone is interested please contact me. Chrism...maybe you know of some resources or people who are knowledgable about these issues in the Philadelphia area who would be willing to help me. This is all very new to me and I don't know where to start. I don't have any experience with meditation or yoga. This is happening to me spontaneously, and it feels overwhelming. Again, I'm sorry for the urgency, but I am just trying to take good care of myself and reach out. If anyone would like to know more about me please ask. Thanks, Jason , " " <> wrote: > > Hello " jfapalashovo " , > Welcome to the group and for an idea of how many of nus work " with " the Kundalini please have a look here. > http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html > > Often people will wish to get to know you here in the group before meeting in person. Guest guest
Hi Jason, just wanted to say hello and welcome and if it might help at all with feelings of overwhelm... remembering and staying aware that Kundalini Awakening is a Divine gift- that the things that occur are after all coming from a source of Love that will carry you off in awe more than you have to fear what will happen to you. ... that the group is available around the clock - and that already there is a consciousness that allows us to be presently aware and remain aware that you are asking for communication so any Kundalini activity you're having is what is supposed to happen... not an accidental problem to be, or feel that you're alone with Shakti. It is very good news. Looking forward to more news of these early days and wow! so glad you're here.
