Guest guest
It is through the safeties. If they are not practiced Shaktipat isnt received. So it saves the teacher from having to know someone in a way that would take years. The onus is upon the individual. If integrity is expressed and diligence in practice in addition to the qualities of honesty and trust, surrender, love, forgiveness and courage are embraced great gifts can be received. But its not merely through the Shaktipat that grace is received but from the guidance given to the individual. From this point is the Kundalini as expressed through the teacher given its authority. Even so. The individual always has a choice of staying or leaving. If the guidance isnt felt as appropriate or true then the individual is free to leave it. This is a freedom that can be hidden by social pressures in a physical ashram. - , " gypsyeyes_101 " <gypsyeyes_101 wrote: > Could you please let me > know how you know to give or not give someone Shaktipat?
