I see an eye - Lucia

It will often look like a lidless blue eye. Often it is the color blue or violet

but mostly blue in the Kundalini context. It can move around and one can have

more than one. The eyes can sometimes lodge in the corner of the inner eye right

or left of both physical eyes sockets.

 

Relax with it and allow it to take you deeper if you are alright with the

deepening of your experience. Take your time and allow for this. Bring your

meditation into a further stillness and just flow your awareness " into " the eye
