Panic attack?

Chrism,

Last night after downloading some of the recent talks of yours that are archived

on BlogTalk/Karmacaffe I was listening to one of your shows. About 45 minutes

into it my chest started feeling tight, a little hard to breathe, and my

breathing became more shallow and more rapid. Nothing like heart attack or

anything, at no point was I " worried " , but I could tell it was from listening to

you, for some reason.

 

I have listened to many of your shows with no effects at all, but something was

different last night.

 

Can you explain, or help me understand please?

I read your words and trust me, I try, I really try to understand them. I

reread them and reread them again. Let me just seek some clarification on a few

points.

What do you mean? Trust issues? Validity issues? I feel confident in both

areas. Is there something I'm not getting about this statement?

A fear factory of little concerns striving to become bigger ones. An
