Guest guest Posted August 27, 2009 Report Share Posted August 27, 2009 Chrism, Last night after downloading some of the recent talks of yours that are archived on BlogTalk/Karmacaffe I was listening to one of your shows. About 45 minutes into it my chest started feeling tight, a little hard to breathe, and my breathing became more shallow and more rapid. Nothing like heart attack or anything, at no point was I " worried " , but I could tell it was from listening to you, for some reason. I have listened to many of your shows with no effects at all, but something was different last night. Can you explain, or help me understand please?
