Guest guest
My breathing rate has drastically come down - a feeling that I need not breathe at all. Either I dont breathe at all for some time or I take in subtle breaths. This happens automatically and my intervention only makes it bad. My attention on the inner activity is increasing and am becoming inert to the outside world. There is a great bliss. It is like I had 5 shots of Vodka and cigars. I have got addicted to this bliss. I am really happy that my Kundalini awakened and is making me experience this bliss. How can I put this in words... I am experiencing a feeling of purity, bliss and devotion... No words to put this in.. I am going mad in this...ahaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.............. Skoogle Love Cricket? Check out live scores, photos, video highlights and more. Click here http://cricket. Guest guest
Hi Skoogle, I love your postings and alert new members that your first 23 experiences can be tracked forward from the KAS1 file (headed Skoogle - Kundalini Experiences) located in the " Files " menu. Skoogle, in your latest posting, you talk of your change of breath awareness.. Over recent months, Kundalini has re-organised my breathing also. As a youngster, I had severe bouts of asthma and got used to breathing shallowly from the top of my lungs leading to tension and occasionally hyperventilation when some worry got the better of me. Last February, I was half asleep and started feeling agitated because I could see and feel a multi-coloured rod of light hovering just above my chest and abdomen. It stretched my ribcage to the left when I responded by shallow rapid breathing ; then stretched it the other way when I tried to over-compensate by breathing too deeply in a bid to get better oxygen retention. I wrestled with this see-sawing discomfort until the line of energy sensed that I had surrendered breath control. It then disappeared and allowed me to have very deep rest. Over the days which followed, I had long spasms or kriyas of " bellows " breathing (like deep panting) which rocked my entire body to the point of exhaustion. These experiences ceased and I was led to the feeling that the " engine room " of breath control had shifted to my lower abdomen, without any second call from my mind being able to over-ride that switch. Initially though, because of the unfamiliarity that came now from my lack of awareness of breath sensation, I had little panic spins when I heard or read trigger words such as asthma, pneumonia, swine flu etc. causing me to over-focus on the mechanics of the way I used to self-monitor my breathing rhythm. These have now gone as has my feeling that breathing speed and volume are at the mercy of adrenalin responses. In the space of a few weeks, Kundalini retrained my body through an intuitive (albeit a forceful) process that years of Hatha Yoga breath control exercises had failed to deliver !! Love to you all - John. -------------------- Skoogle wrote: " My breathing rate has drastically come down - a feeling that I need not breathe at all. Guest guest
I also had my first kundalini exp today. It was 2 sessions and kundalini did so many things to move my body to clean it (started with teeths, eyes, cheeks, ears, nose..). I made so many sound, so many postures. It really intelligent and it knows how to move your body parts when it has to clean them. I saw light sources 2 times, 1st time it was red and then yellowish. Don't know what they were. I will continue it tomorrow. Thank you Regards, Raghvendra --- On Mon, 9/7/09, Skoogle Msb <skoogle_msb wrote: Skoogle Msb <skoogle_msb Re: Experience 36 - Reduced breathing Monday, September 7, 2009, 8:31 AM Hi Raghavendra, My K awakening was spontaneous. .. although I did yoga and meditation, 4 years before the awakening.. and randomly did it after..
