Yogi meditation question

Hi everyone, If you remember I have wrote an email a while ago about a

little problem I had with my yogi meditation. I do Kundalini and Yogic

meditation. When I do

the Kundalini meditation the focus is on the third eye, which is pretty much

open and " pumping " / " pulsing " all day. When I would do my Yogic meditation I

would try to concentrate on the rim of the nostrils. The problem I had is

that the strong third eye sensations would overpower any attempt to try to

concentrate on the very small sensations around the rim of the nose. Someone

from the ashtanga yoga list suggested and for Yogic concentration, instead

of concentration on the rim of the nostrils I concentrate on the heart

center.

I tried this with very good results. I can definitely keep the

concentration there with ease, since it is it further away from the pulsing

of the third eye. My heart center also heated up when I was meditation on

it.

Question is: Is meditation on my heart center, going to cause any

problems in the future? I mean, I am going to be meditation on one chakra a

lot more than

on the others. Is this going to throw things off balance?

Thank you

Mike

Meditation on heart centre will cause no problems. One will have

unconditional love for everyone from this cosmos, even towards his enemies.Aura

colour of heart is green. It is a healing colour.Hospitals have green

curtains,Doctors use green masks.

Unfolding of intutional consciousness can take place according to yoga

shastra,by  performing meditation on heart centre.Sun is considered to be heart

of our solar system. What is at macro level exists at micro level.Heart is at the

centre of our body.

Knowledge of supreme consciousness and that of

Conscious, subconscious, unconscious related to mind, intellect and ego is obtained

by concentration on heart centre..............shrikant
