Autumnal Equinox Shaktipat 2009

Dear Chrism:

(I have but a moment to computer access. Am I too late in submitting my request

for participation in the Autmnal Equinox Shaktipat?) I give permission for the

scatterfields to be placed. I practice the safeties with dedication, yet have

been consistantly inconsistant with the Tibetians. Do you feel the timing and

request for my participation is appropriate?
