Hi Julia, yeah the throat thingy has been a biggy for me, too. The first half of

my life I was so shy I hardly ever uttered a word and now I think I probably

talk way too much. Hehe! There are several others in my biological family like

that, so I think it might be a family thing. One of my nephew, if you can get

more than a yes or no from him in a conversation, it is like a miracle! :)

There are lots of posts here on this group about the throat chakra, put finding

them may be like looking for a needle in the haystack. You can google " throat

chakra " and come up with a lot of stuff to wade through, too. It is the first

charka that deals with the higher realms and is probably the reason a lot of

people have problems with it. It is the center that governs self awareness and

communicating that self out to others. Problems of unbalance with the throat

chakra can cause illnesses such as laryngitis, tonsillitis, thyroid problem and

even the common cold. The book I recommended this morning say the best way to

stimulate the throat chakra is to teach...1st: teach anything you know to anyone

that will listen that is open to it. Hehe! 2nd: is to practice becoming

descriptive, become familiar with imagery. Practice using your imagination. 3rd:

practice listening, learn to still the mind, focus, and listen.

As far as training yourself to remember your dreams, the first thing is to

always take a pen and paper to bed with you. It helps to have a small lamp that

is not very bright, like one of those plug in night lights you can turn on so

you can see to write, put not so bright that it will cause you not to be able go

back to sleep. You may need some luck to go along with that. Any light seems to

wake me up for good. One of those little cassette players players might work

better, if you can understanding what you are saying when your half asleep. :)

First though, before moving when you wake up from a dream, stay as still as

possible and go back over the dream, then get up and write. Once you change

position it's hard to remember the dream, the moving breaks the connection.

There is a mantra " raom_gaom " (say it long drawn out, rrrraaaooommm_

ggggaaaooommmm) that I learned from the OBE gnostic course that you can used.

When you wake up from the dream and it seems to disappear, just lay there

hopefully in the same position you had the dream in and silently do that mantra

in your head and the memory of it will return.

Saying affirmations before falling asleep that you will remember your dreams

will help. Also, during the day, stop often and ask yourself if you are

dreaming. Then touch the wall, chair, table, or pull on one of your fingers,

just to make sure you are awake. I like pulling the finger one, you can do it

anywhere. :) If you are dreaming, your finger will stretch when you pull. Then

you know you're dreaming for sure and can become lucid in the dream. Lucid,

aware dreams are much easier to remember.

One more thing you can do is pick some object, like a candle flame or any object

and each day spend about 10 minutes focusing/concentrating on that object,

trying not to let your mind wander from it.

Hehe! that is my teaching for the day!

Love & blessings,

Linda

dreaming, but the moment I am in this " dimension " .... it's *poof  * this

consciousness does not remember what happened in the dream or what the message

was , although I know there was a message.

do envy your remembering..lol.
