Guest guest
Hello Mikael, To be clear: Your taking instruction from a Qi Gong teacher who has told you to do certain things. You have been following their advice. You are now interested in taking Shaktipat but you are not interested in following all of the safeties namely the eyes up lock. Have you consulted with your Qi Gong teacher about taking this Shaktipat? - blessings Mikael. - chrism , " mikaelz0 " <mixolyd wrote: > That was the advice given to me by a Qi Gong teacher who told me my top 3 chakras are overly developed compared to my lower chakras and recommended I focus on deep breathing into the lower abdomen to help 'ignite the fire'. Guest guest
Hi Chrism, I just went to him for a couple sessions of acupuncture and he gave me some advice. It made sense to me because I was treating certain issues like spleen/stomach deficiencies which create fatigue for me and some lipoma under the skin growths. now that is all much better because of the meditation and the herbs i've been taking. it's not that i'm not interested in following all the safeties, it's that I don't feel that one cookie cutter method works for everyone. we are all different and my imbalances are not anothers imbalances. I know that the 'eyes up' lock is meant to bring the energy up but since I can feel my blockages are in the hips and lower centers, and the heart center..so thats where I am breathing and opening up. since the blockages are lessening I can now gradually implement the eyes up lock. I was just letting you know why I haven't been doing it. during the shaktipat I will follow all the safeties to the best of my ability. I don't need anyones permission to doing Shaktipat, except yours. I am doing what I feel a 'calling' to do, all for the purpose of awakening to my true nature. I have been experimenting with different methods to see which works for me. as a Buddhist I can do this because my View has not changed, methods are only secondary to view. I assure you that the most important safeties, the ones universal to all paths.. I am aware of .. or try to be.. as much as possible. deeply yours, Mikael , " " <> wrote: > > Hello Mikael, > To be clear: > Your taking instruction from a Qi Gong teacher who has told you to do certain things.
