Visual Meditation Prayer

It's been some time since I've posted and as summer here is over, I want to jump

back on the K wagon...lol.

I wish to share some remarkable experiences that I have when I meditate. I

always pray to God, Jesus, Archangels, Saints, etc and ask them to 'Grace me

with the power of the Holy Spirit " . As I do this, I visualize a

whitish/greenish light entering my crown and filling my heart chakra with this

light. I then relax and send out healing energy to every cell in my body...the

sensation is like a mini outward explosion. It took me some time to practice,

but I'm at a point where I can really feel it. Is it mind over matter...who

cares! It's almost like giving myself a top up of Divine energy...almost a

self-shaktipat.

The thought of it came while I started meditating a few years...was K

communicating to me to do this?...who knows, but it's energizing.

I wish to get Chrism's take on this. I haven't received any headaches due to

this, and actually I haven't had a headache for years...execpt for neck and

shoulder strain headaches.

I'm very visual, so this technique works for me. I wonder if in audio dominant

person can do the same with sounds...a kinethetic with feeling or tasts or

smells? My next step is to add as many modalities as possible to get a better

'whole' experience.

Welcome back! Yes I would suggest that you are being guided by the Kundalini.

Wow! As I read this post it was immediately clear the visualization would be

powerful. I just thought " why didn't I come up with this? " So simple.

 

This is the most powerful visualization I have tried so far. I think it's

partially because I have a blockage in my heart chakra.

 

When I do it I get all shivery and then my hands begin buzzing with electricity.

I can actually control my bloodflow with this to some degree. Amazing!

 

I thank you for posting this BoltonBen, and " your " kundalini for coming up with

it
