I meditated one last time this morning, lying down in bed hopeing for it to end

in sleep.

 

After a few minutes a hand appeared holding something, which it put inside my

chest, my heart I think. The hand and what it was holding just went right in. My

heart chakra began swirling fast and opened huge.

I do not know how to describe the feeling, but it is still there. When it was

first put in, there was a slight pain in my thymus area for a little while. I

hope this was a good thing...it feels good. It feels a little strange and scarey

having something inserted into my chest though, not knowing what it is. But it

does feel good.
