Guest guest
This is my interpretation of this blessed and sacred event. If I mess up on any of this please correct my words... When I read the info at first I found it very confusing and so I want to share how I see the process of the how-tos so perhaps others might be more comfortable with the protocols. I read all the info over and over about the chakras- there are usually two different informational posts that Dhyanna does on the 7 chakras and Shaktipat. All good reading and can help one meditate on what is happening. Here are some of the things to do... On day one: Concentrate on the First Chakra- Wear the color red ( a shirt, a scarf a band on the wrist to remind you of what is happening) At 3 different sessions during the day 1. Do the first Tibetan (21 times or what ever # you are doing) 2. Do chakra breathing only on the first chakra 21 times 3. Do the compression breathing -no more than 15 times 4. Meditate at least 21 minutes after this. On day two: Concentrate on the Second Chakra - Wear the color orange At 3 different sessions during the day 1. Do the first and second Tibetan (21 times or whatever # you are doing) 2. Do Chakra breathing into the first and second chakras 3.Do the compression breathing - no more that 15 times 4. Meditate at least 21 minutes See the progression?? Of course you can meditate as much as you like - and of course you will be practicing all the safeties during the day prayer is important and being grateful for the opportunity to receive from chrism. You will do all 5 Tibetans on the fifth /sixth and seventh day but only do the chakra breathing up to the 6th chakra do not do the breathing into the 7th. For fasting start the three day fast so you end the third day on the first day of the Shaktipat. It is not required that you fast. Of course the more you put into the process the more you will receive. Being able to do three sessions can be daunting. When working I find it hard to do a second one mid day so I do one in the morning - one when I get home and one before bed - Since meeting chrism I have agonized over how to do the safeties. How does one " do honesty? " how does one " do trust " It always seemed to me that there needed to be a situation where I would be honest or be trustful. One method that makes sense to me now is to just read over the safeties and then I also talk with Shakti. I tell her that I trust she will take care of me and I honestly believe this is where I am to be and this path is what I need. And I am always grateful and surrender all the time - I spend alot of time in the car so I do my praying and some of my talking there. I say the Shakti prayer each morning 9 times and at night 9 times. This is now a habit of mine - I wake and say the prayer. Often I find when I wake in the night I start the prayer. The locks are also a habit - I find I need to rest my figures at times for they get " locked " into the position and get stiff. Forgiveness is always an issue for me- and Recapitulation is the other hard task- I know others have problems with forgiveness then all of a sudden there is that " AHHH HAAAA " moment. I am still waiting for my " AHHH HAAA to happen. If anyone has any questions about the Shaktipat please ask here on the list. There are some who have been receiving for years and they have a good handle on things. Each of us need to find what works for us always as a base we have the safeties. So if you want a strong reception of the energy then do a strong practice of the safeties and of course you can do everything right and you will still only receive what you are ready to receive. That is determined by your Kundalini Shakti. She will decide what you need and are ready for. But why not hedge your bets and do all you can. May we all receive what we can receive with graciousness and gratitude for the gift Kundalini Shakti is offering through our guide chrism. Blessings fellow travelers... e
Guest guest
Hi e and everyone... " Since meeting chrism I have agonized over how to do the safeties. How does one " do honesty? " how does one " do trust " It always seemed to me that there needed to be a situation where I would be honest or be trustful. " This really helps for the future, so thank you so much. I became awakened in a bigger way a few months ago, but in an imbalanced way, which is calming down now that I am doing the " safties " more consistently (was doing them as my spiritual work before I met Chrism, but not meditating which is a big one), and after the shaktipat last week with Chrism...I kind of miss that big ride of huge creativity, knowingness, healing and open heart raditation, but I also missed sleeping and groundedness, which is now returning, as I need to make a living which is a challenge when one is bouncing around in an imbalanced K state. I know it will be deeper and more permanent when it returns as I get more " strengthened " spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel good about it all. What came to me when I became more " awake " to the Truth, was that it was being honest and trusting in Self (the higher self), as the life events are all just a relection back to me. I became aware of the self-betrayal I was doing my whole life to " fit in " to society with my career, education and relationships which was swimming an uphill stream, and had to do self-forgiveness. When I came to this awakened state with this knowing, I then started to go forward to be more honest and trusting of myself in the past few months, and know " I will never betray myself again " to have friends, to fit into a group, to make a living, etc. Wow...now things really have shifted and are much easier in relationships, and decisions in my life. I have a deeper knowing of who to trust, as I trust myself. I am honest to those I feel I trust, and that comes from a deeper heart space. I can say " no " now without guilt, and not feel I need to fit in to other's people's molds, which allows more room and energy to say " yes " to more things that are a true and pure " fit " for who I am in my awakened state which is more K flow and God qualities. I still have fears and anxieties surfacing I need to face and walk through, but as said...this is part of the process. Guest guest
e, Thank you so much for this description! Guest guest
Thank You for the info post! Few question arose as I read trough it: 1. Does Dhyanna post the informational post later or can I find them somewhere? 2. Where can I find instructions for chakra breathing? 3. The compression breathing is also known as compression prayer, right? 4. Where can I find a form for Shakti prayer(if there is any)?
