No need for controls from you. Simply by being in the hospital with the simple intention of " love " will the energy embark upon an expression of healing all who come inside of its radiance. You as the " ego consciousness " need not be " sure. " This part of you can merely open and be as a conduit of surrender to that awesome force within. You as consciousness will not be able to handle this energy. It will handle you and others through you. " My intuition is telling me that I simply have to be calm and centered and pour out the energy of love/light with nothing in mind, except feeling it enveloping the area. And as you said, feeling everyone's presence collectively but unattached. " Yes!
