Hi Chrism

When I was doing my 5 Tibetans yesterday I got back pain that lasted for a few

hours. I was wondering if that was an indication that I should cease doing them

for a few days, or if that is normal for the shaktipat =) I will wait for your

response before continuing.

The kriyas are also becoming stronger now.

Also I have a silly question about something. When you get that earthquake

roaring sensation that lasts anywhere from 10-30 seconds (It happens here and

there in my sleep) Is that an infusion of energy? I am just curious. Best way to

describe it, is that I am a human vibrator (a strong one at that) but there is a

loud roaring that ends in a warm static feeling. The sensation leaves quite

fast.

Also something unusual happened to me this morning. I awoke in an obe state and

I looked at my hands and they had this aura I have never seen before. Best way

to describe it is that there were 4 colors swimming out and around like fish.

There was yellow, red, white and either blue or purple (I dont quite recall

which one it was) They were very bright and color specific. They were swimming

around each other and there were no layers like the typical aura. I also looked

at my feet and there was this crystal energy flowing from them. Something was

massaging my feet.

Anyways just wanted some insight from you =)

Thank you as always, Chrism.
