Ok, going with my intuitive feelings, says to keep going on with them. To try

it for a few more days and see what happens. I was just curious about your

input.

 

Yes I have been practicing healing since yesterday. My daughters have had runny

noses due to allergies or something, so I sent them healing and they are fine

now. Also, my husband was in a crappy mood so I sent him loving energy and he

suddenly started playing around with the kiddos and was in a better mood. I was

watching this television show called " hoarders " and I sent them energy as well.

I feel good about this and I will do this daily. I am actually planning on

sending loving energy to those whom have hurt me in the past. A lot has changed

within me.

 

I had a new entity learning experience today. It was a trick, but it taught me

a great lesson. I was in an obe state and I saw and felt this bright red hand

next to me. I didnt know what it was. Suddenly this entity started talking to me

and messing around. I asked it to go into the light and it said okay. I told it

that it would be happier there etc. I opened a portal but it didnt go away. I

began getting angry at it and it in turn starting playing around with me. I

started stabbing at it to destroy it, but nothing occurred. Well, when I snapped

out of the obe state, I realized that the bright red hand I saw was a part of my

quilt. LOL!

 

My lesson in this was great. I learned that I must have love for all. That

giving into rage or fear does nothing. That in the contact of anything, I must

always be respectful and act as divinity would. With love, reverence and

acceptance. I must act accordingly in regards to this transformation. With

entities and my environment as a whole, I must transmute with love and light and

not lower energy feelings such as rage and pettiness.
