Greetings Beloveds,

As we approach another sacred time

of Shaktipat I will post the full

week's protocols on Sept. 19, along

with other helpful reposts, for those

of you who may be away from the computer

or like to know ahead of time. Then

each Day's protocols will be posted on

a daily basis, along with a Chakra article

for that day's chakra.

Shaktipat will begin at 3am PST on

September 21, 2009.

We wear the color of the Day so

gather up some rainbow colors!

Love, dhyana

I am a little bit confused about when to focus on the chakras etc. I know

scatterfields were placed, but when do I focus on the breathing etc? When does

the shaktipat officially start and what is the difference with the scatterfields

etc? I apologize as this is my first and I am unfamiliar. Also, is there still

an opportunity to fast? When should I do this as I feel like it is something I

should do.

Thank you

You will find all kinds of information on our

website regarding Scatterfields and Shaktipat.

Fascinating stuff!

www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com

Also present previous posts with

even more information if you scroll

down a bit on the Group! I have to go

to work or I would elaborate, lol!

Balancing is important right now: forgiveness,

gratitude, inner quietness. The Chakra breathing and

focus will be during Shaktipat Week which begins

Sept 21 at 3am PST.

Love to you,

dhyana

Yes, I have read the website.

I read the website many times in a week.

Thank you for the specific date and time. I will begin fasting on the 18th I

guess, if it still feels appropriate. Yes, I know that past posts can help but

there are a plethora of dates listed, hence the specific question.

Thanks
