Look at it and see how you can allow it and yet not let it stick to you in the form of hatreds or grudges. This can become very amplified by Kundalini. Do lash out and hit? Do you yell and scream? Do you internalize it? What do you do? And how can you bring yourself into balance while within it? Can you forgive?
