Guest guest
All: I've been having some rather intense Kriyas but am fascinated by them. It's truly amazing how ones' body is moved into different positions by a " force " . There is one particular movement which I call the butterfly...I go from a sitting position and am guided gently through a reclining movement until I'm on my back. (I find this so fascinating that I would be gently guided to the ground.) The bottom of my feet are then pressed together so that my knees are out to the sides. Then my arms reach underneath me and grab my buttocks area and my back and neck are arched until the flat of my head is resting on the ground. This certainly is not a pose I would elect to do on my own. As of yesterday their intensity started to taper down and the buzzing bees of energy started their movement into my chest/heart area. Today I was flattene out on my back again and was enjoying the meditation without all the manipulation and unusual poses that had been occurring up until this time. I was jolted alert by an ant who crawled into my " cosmic c**chie " and bit me. My eyes popped wide open, I looked up into the tree canopy over me…and said Ouch! There sat a little humming bird. I watched him from underneath as he shuffled around and sprawled out his feathers…oh how wonderful I thought-look at those feathers, as he pooped on me! Hmmm, I think that marks the end of my meditation session. I guess that those intense Kriyas aren't so " bad " after all. I walking into the house, and my roomie was just waking up...and I said good morning Sunshine, an ant just bit my c**chie, a hummy pooped on me, and oh by the way I burried a duck in the front yard this morning (but that's a whole other story!). Love to you all. -Danielle

From your description this sounds to me similar to a variation of the fish pose (matsyasana?) in hatha yoga.... Blessings, David G.
Guest guest
Interesting. Thank you, David. It's all so fascinating and beautiful...to experience this lifeforce within and merging with myself... today it was a lot of breath work and nostril breathing. The extent of it all is " new " to me. So lovely and powerful. Blessings. -Danielle > From your description this sounds to me similar to a variation of the fish pose (matsyasana?) in hatha yoga.... > > Blessings, > > David G. >
Guest guest
Hi Danielle, I am also very fascinated by kriyas. The only one that I have experienced myself is the bending of the head backwards when doing K meditation. I am still trying to figure out what it means.
