Today - Warren

I will pray for you Warren. That you are able to open to the idea that not all

children will fit into the prepackaged, do this do that, model of what a school

expects and presents. People are not always round pegs fitting in to round

holes. No matter how much they may be forced to assume that position.

 

I will pray for grace to help her through the dynamics of her social and

emotional response to the very difficult environment of a religious themed

public school. Sometimes this environment can expect by force that which needs

to blossom naturally. We do not always grow within the same time line in all

things.

 

Children do not always conform to our expectations. Neither do we as divine

children always conform to the expectations and propensities of the divine

parents within us. Are we then yelled at? Are we punished? Not so much I feel.

We are given love through patience and tolerance, understanding and the

discipline and trust that we will grow as we are designed by God to grow whether

it fits or doesn't fit within a social agenda that has specific kinds of

expectations.

 

I will pray that you be open to understanding that not all social differences

are born of the medical diagnosis from MDs. You are a loving father " because of

your path " and the difficulties and challenges that were given to you, by you

and supported by the heavenly parents even when it looked as if it would damage

you.

 

You are a good and strong father I feel with much compassion and love for your

children. You will be given to do what is best for them from that love and

compassion. I will pray for you Warren as you struggle to be the best father

that you can be as you practice " your lessons " of love and consideration and

diligence and forgiveness, trust, understanding, compassion, discipline,

tolerance, playfulness, discernment, flexible expectation, devotion, patience,

gentleness, and grace as you interact with yourself, your wife, and your kids. -
