Guest guest
for me in italy the shaktipat comes at 12 am, so I was wondering, for the three repetitions of the practice, I start the first one around that hour, second one in the evening and the last one falls the next morning... or should I just keep it split by day, today I do first chackra exercises, morning, midday and evening, tomorrow second and so on? does it make a difference? thanks, lucia

Guest guest
Yello! Thank you for asking this, now I don't have to. =) I was going for the less logical option originally... For me shaktipat comes at 1 pm so it'll be still bit more difficult to find time.
