Anger-Kriyas

Wow-

Today I was guided to my right side and pulled into fetal position, hands

clutched into fists and entire body contracted and drawn in TIGHT...then with

all muscles contracted was stretched out with arms above my head the legs pulled

out straight...it caused me to " gerrr " and " uuuugh " .....and when this was over

my hands pressed on the sides of my head-equal amounts of pressure and then

grabbed the back of my neck and so gently pulled...later I was moved back into a

crossed legged sitting position....and exhaled from my abdomen, breath so

depleted that I thought I would pass out...but I trusted and when all was

expelled, I breathed in gently a full breath through my nostrils (though I was

tempted to jump up and gasp for air)..one two three times until air was

replenished, it was gentle and timed perfectly. There were many many movements

today...but these were certainly anger-related. The types of energy, how and

where they are stored, and the Kriyas release is truly amazing. The movements

from one position to the other are very slow...like someone is taking my arm or

leg and repositioning it...I just permit the movement, slow and mechanical until

a new position, then there is a pause and the Kriya begins.

 

Sore, tired and amazed.
