Guest guest
I've been having a lot of headaches since the Shaktipat began. Nothing mind blowing, but pretty strong and they usually take several hours to remedy (excederin). Love, Bill
Guest guest
Same for me. I rarely get headaches, and these aren't terrible ones, but I have noticed them. I don't do anything about them....just maybe not open my eyes as wide. Carolyn , Bill <astronutski wrote: > > I've been having a lot of headaches since the Shaktipat began. Guest guest
last night had a big headache as well.. i view it as a clearing a good thing. I also found that meditating and doing deep (soft belly) breathing helped. also viewing the sensation without attachment, you know? like we have this raw sensation and then the mind categorizes it and gives it a label " pain " and then theres a story. to view that sensation more subjectively will give way to more opening, less resistence. i think thats a process of surrendering too.. mikael
Guest guest
Since Shaktipat, day 2....I have head " aches " as well..... I am not sure that I view them as a clearing though.... It feels more like clogging to me... I also have a " cold " so I am literally clogged up in my head and face, and my nose is runny... It is interesting to observe that the head aches could also be called head pressure.. anyway for the most part I am not attached to it (except when I am) There is a clicking noise that I hear in my left ear particularly during meditation but also at other times... The head aches/pressure/clogs are contained in the whole head but particularly hard not to attach to the sensations at the back of the head. I would like to write about the joy experienced also but just now I must be feeling quite attached to the head stuff because I find it not possible to write anything else. Love Julia. ________________________________ mikaelz0 <mixolyd Thursday, September 24, 2009 6:25:36 PM Re: so far... headaches last night had a big headache as well.. i view it as a clearing a good thing. Guest guest
Please do not remove me. These are minor inconveniences that are able to be overcome. I am merely stating what's happening to me, not necessarily complaining. Slow is good, I'm cool with that. So if slow is good then fast would be better? LOL J/K I know this is nothing to rush. Guest guest
Well count me in to. I have had a slight headache off and on, too. I was thinking it was becasue of my 6th chakra that has been pulsating a lot. But then I thought it could be from the weather change. We are having our first cold front, which we usually do not get until the end of October. It feels so wonderful! Lots of nice rain and clean air to breath. I am am so thankful, I feel like I have come out of hellfire.
