Guest guest
Hi! I had a routine followup with my family Dr today for my disc degeneration and was dreading the typical 30 minute wait in the exam room, until I thought of something.... hey, I can meditate while I wait!!! So, sitting there on the exam table I go off meditating! Not a huge meditation for sure, but just a " quickie " which felt really amazing. Mixed in with the breath-focus I also slipped in some Heart Chakra breathing. I don't know if this modified chakra breathing/meditating is recommended, but hey, I did it and I felt great. Must have only been 10 minutes, but I sure felt much more relaxed afterward. So, I hope others may try this and hopefully have some success too! I just hope I didn't mess up anything with the Shaktipat ? Love (and blissful exam room meditations), Bill
