Eye in the Palm of my Hand

Everyone:

I just wanted to share this experience, and am wondering if others may have

experienced this. During meditation, from a sitting position I was guided to

bend forward so that my head was not quite touching the ground, and my back was

somewhat straight, though bent at the waist and chin tucked, my right hand moved

under my forehead so that the palm was between my eyebrows-but not touching. I

sat like this for awhile until the flow between my palm and forhead was like in

equilibrium. The sensation is hard to articulate. Later in the morning I was

sitting just casually, and before long I sat cross-legged as if meditating, my

elbows were bent, arms slightly in front, fingers up, with palms looking out...I

experienced the most amazing sensation of connection between my forehead to left

palm to pubic bone area, to right palm to forehead. Visually it would be like a

diamond shape. I sat in the silence of sound which comes after a hum, if that

makes sense, and it felt like I had an eye, dense but not heavy, in palm of my

hand.

What a wonderful state to experience. Some call this the eye of Buddha, which

gives understanding and compassion as you see with comprehension how all is

connected.

Here is a link that shows a picture of Buddha and an Alex Grey link that I'm

sure you will understand.
