Guest guest
Hi Danielle, You are not the only one, and I am pleased to hear that I am not the nly one with these real sensations. I wake every morning and fall asleep every night with 'eyes' in the palms of each hand, on the soles of each foot, at my 3rd eye and one opening slowly at my heart area. They feel eye shaped and feel orange/golden in colour, with a darker colour/area in the centre. They throb and feel as if they are glowing, giving out some kind of light, and seeing things in psychodelic colours. I like to walk barefoot in the garden, on both the grass and the gravel path, feeling the earth energy vibrating up my legs, as if I was standing over underground trains in London. If I stand still I can look through the soles of my feet into the earth below, seeing the worms, the soil decaying, and new weeds pushing their way up. When I touch the leaves of the bushes at the end of the garden, the eyes in my palms can feel the skeleton of the leaf and its fine thread like veins. Sometimes words come to me that make no sense. I just thought of something. When standing on the gravel path I can feel the gravel all the way up my legs and into my body, not just with my feet. It reminded me of the Fairy Tale - The Princess and The Pea, where a Princess is unable to sleep on a pile of 20 matresses because she can feel the dried pea the Prince has hidden under the bottom matress. Thats how he can tell she is a real Princess. Maybe Danielle, we are Kundalini Princesses? During meditation, from a sitting position I was guided to bend forward so that my head was not quite touching the ground, and my back was somewhat straight, though bent at the waist and chin tucked, my right hand moved under my forehead so that the palm was between my eyebrows-but not touching. I sat like this for awhile until the flow between my palm and forhead was like in equilibrium. The sensation is hard to articulate. Later in the morning I was sitting just casually, and before long I sat cross-legged as if meditating, my elbows were bent, arms slightly in front, fingers up, with palms looking out...I experienced the most amazing sensation of connection between my forehead to left palm to pubic bone area, to right palm to forehead. Visually it would be like a diamond shape. I sat in the silence of sound which comes after a hum, if that makes sense, and it felt like I had an eye, dense but not heavy, in palm of my hand. > > -Danielle >
