For you specific Danielle please discontinue the first Tibetan. If you " wish " the others can be done but in your specific situation Danielle I feel it is time to give yourself a rest from doing them. You choose. Yes you can meditate and pray but do not try to force the locks(eyes up, tongue up, chin down, fingers locked)Even so you may as an ego mind wish to meditate but the state of being may not come. If this is the case please discontinue trying. You have reached a point where some of the more tactile changes are taking place. In these areas it is best to " listen " to what the Kundalini in you is telling you. Follow those intuitive guidances as they are as real and more effective as any you will receive from unawakened corporeal consciousness. This is part of the struggle. Kriyas position the energy for transformation of the physical. The energy then " makes those changes " You are in this part of the process and it isnt permanent.
