Very quickly I saw the man change and let hubby move on, hubby was cursing and angry and hurt, I just looked at the man and gave him a huge heart filled smile and thanked him for doing his job. I tried to show my hubby how to operate at times such as this. He was very tired though and couldn't quite find that happy place so I had a whole day of the grumps!
