As noted, I would highly recommend relaxing into it. Perhaps have the focus be on the love that in brought to you in this way vs the actual physical tugs and movements your physical body experiences. Trust that you'll be positioned in a place of comfort and embrace. From my experience, your head will never bob harder than what is necessary for the release, and you may even find that you are placed into a counter-position which will balance and harmonize any stretching and/or focus areas of the release. It's like having your very own personal physical and cranial sacral massage therapist...but with all the perks. What size t-shirt shall we reserve for you. Welcome to the k-club.
