Guest guest
Chrism/all, I was wondering last night if the pulsating sensation inside, which sometimes feel more like my insides are flip-floping around(which was happening last night). It feels like a massage coming from the inside. Other than that I just mostly have jerking of my legs and arms. Sometimes my legs jerks and shakes real hard and fast(that was happening last night too). I am not moved into poses like Danielle speaks of, but after looking at a lot of yoga poses on the net yesterday, I think I do some of them at times not knowing they are yoga poses. I was just wondering if the flip-flopping of my insides would be a form of kriyas? Hehe! If the pulsatings are kriyas, I love kriyas, too. Blessings, Linda
Guest guest
I'll await Chrism's response...but I say YES to all of the above. I love the flip floppies, and buzzing bees, and the earth quake leg shakes, jerks and spasms, bobble-head movements, stomach quivers, African style dances, crossed-legged leap frog movements across the floor, opera-like singing, yoga poses...etc. It's so beautiful, really. What size t-shirt do you wear? Welcome to club k. LOL. I'm coo-coo for Kriyas! (Where's Deb these days... Luv ya, Debs.) (I'm curious what has to say.) -Danielle , " danceswithcats999 " <crazycats711 wrote: > , I think I do some of them at times not knowing they are yoga poses. Guest guest
Yes Linda these are Kriyas as much as those being experienced in full body movements. One long time member of this group would literally begin shaking with his knees and arms and twisting his spine as I came close to him. These kriyas are in all speeds and shapes and have effect on the internal and external body. Some are as much as a twitch in the eye and others can move the entire body. Its all good! - you can get a bit sore from them as they are like a work out in the full body movement classes of Kriyas but they all do the same thing which is to move the body in ways that help and nurture the Kundalini expansion within the person. - blessings all! - chrism
