Yoga poses, grin and bare it question

Hi Everyone:

I scanned through the links and files for any resources/links to common yoga

poses. I would like to view something that I could cross reference with some of

the Kriyas I experience...sometimes it's difficult to describe the posture and I

believe that many are common poses. Some are certainly not common :) I imagine

there are a gazillion sites if I search the net, but am asking for a

recommendation to a link or text. I'm very visual, so stick figures and/or

drawings are certainly a plus. I would be so appreciative.

When driving home from work, I had an unusual feeling, not aggitation, not

frustration...but like on the cusp/verg of something...and I felt compelled to

take off all my extras of clothing and shoes...took off all my jewerly...but I

just couldn't get naked enough, which is a good thing because I was driving.

It's not like a hyped up or climatic feeling...rather like anticipation of

relief like when you undo something that is constricting...or like when you have

to pee pee and that moment which lingers in between holding and going. :) (How's

that analogy for ya?) -Just gotta find some solitude, but wanted to ask...

Does anyone experience this?

Love:

Danielle

I just found these yesterday Danielle. It took me awhile to go back through

history to find them. I had save the address on notepad, but did not have it

saved so when my couputer when dead all was lost that I was doing yesterday.

Lots and lots of stick figure. One would not think there were that many poses.

As for the rest, I would love to go around nude and do just wear the bare

necessities at home. I like having windows to see out, so can't go around nude.

My computer room is like a cave though, no one can see me there except spirits.

hehe!

Kundalini Yoga is a branch of Yoga where Kundalini Kriya positions can be

viewed. Many of the positions have been taken from the Kundalini awakening

Kriya. Sometimes directly copied as a wishful way of inviting the awakening to

occur. For many Kriyas there is no comparable comparison as they are unique to

the flow of the individual experiencing them. - .
