Guest guest
" I feel inferior/defective somehow. " No way lady... that is just incorrect thinking ! I learned some time back when I used to use the word " feel " much too often to switch the word " think " into the sentence. so for example I would if this were me... I would check out if the following was true... and switch " I feel inferior /defective somehow " to " I think I am inferior/ defective somehow " That is a concrete statement that I can reject or accept... Then if I take away the " i think " bit ... I am looking at " I am inferior/defective somehow " I know that this is not true and Linda you know this is not true either ... we are all whole and complete. I would then affirm to myself " I am whole and complete " Told ya ..I love to think!! Love to you always, Julia.

Now right after you say " I think I am inferior/ defective somehow " just say " Who is making this statement? " Much love, Mike On Wed, Sep 30, 2009 at 6:28 AM, Julia <jajahern wrote: > > > " I feel inferior/defective somehow.
