I just wanted to say a long awaited warm hello to all of you....hope the AA

Shatkipat is moving along...your trust in didn't come as a

coincidence...your in good hands.

Chrism, your podcast on karma cafe couldn't hit close to home for me...lol.

That is one or the only reason I've been away so long...so let's keep this post

a secret...sshhhh...lol.

I've marvelled the experience since the SS Shatkipat and the energy that I have

received is far gentler than any other I received in the past....but then again,

there are many who give energy like immature teens....they think it's just a

game, and believe me, it was a tough go at it for me...thank's to K Ma and God

that led me to this group.

Much of the experiences I've experienced in the last few months are amazing.

The psycic abilities have developed where I could think of something, and bingo,

the other person says it...I think it's psycic or as many would think

pyscosis...lol.

Animals still gather to me...you name it, dragonflies, birds (especially hawks

and doves), dogs. For some reason, I spook off cats. Your thoughts?

I've been really balanced...mind, body and spirit as one. I generally

pray/meditate just before I go to bed and has become the highlight of my day. I

could meditate for hours if I had the time. Meditating has been more refined

for me as I know add quite a bit of visuals, auditory, and kinesthetic

modalities to the mix. It becomes much more realistic and find that I'm

creating something in my meditative state....isn't that what " The Secret " taught

us?

I have also found the beauty in everything I see, hear, touch, and smell. How

the creator governs this realm with such beauty is truly amazing. All you have

to do is look at a simple flower that we would pass by everyday without

thought...stop and really admire it...how it's soooo symetrical...how it knows

where light is...how it provides for others...and this from a tiny seed that was

programmed to know exactly what to do. Ohhh yes, the peacefulness of it's

beauty...only few will really know what the Creator had in mind.

Chrism, you wrote a while about number sequence...I get them very often and

can't help myself knowing that there is a higher communication. Your thoughts?

I believe that I am at a point where I wish to learn more about K and what it

has in store for me. She has exposed many of my insecurities and process which

needed fixing...which I did...whewww, it was a deep abyss....and I got by @ss

kicked pretty good. I respect her with all my heart and learned what

'surrender' means....some of us just have to experience it to learn it...lol.

Oh, I loved the song...was that you Chrims? Thank you, it was awesome.
