Guest guest
I submitted a request for leave from my work, we have a large annual event that weekend. I was told if I don't attend the event I will receive a " does not meet expectations " on my annual performance review. In my 10 years of working with the organization it has not been a concern before. I had to stop and breathe for a moment, and cast aside my " pride " and having this define me as a " good " or " bad " employee and person. To have this marked in my review is a difficult thing for me, especially in the larger scope of matters, but I took the time to look at that and to surrender to the " Does not meet expectations! " I'm California dreaming, and Shakti is calling; I'll be looking into participating in the seminar and see what comes of it.
