Guest guest
I get some slight back pain during the last two days of shaktipat weeks. For me I get lots of arm pain, which I think is due to number four, I have problems with that one doing it 3 times a day for 3 days. I am so relieved when day 7 arrives and I do not have to do them that day. Actually I have to give my arms several days to recover before I can do them again. I have been wondering if it's ok just to do just the first three those days, waiting for my arms to recover. But I figured my energy is so strong after going through shaktipat week, that it is OK not to do them a few day. Are you doing them twice a day? When you start experience back pain, maybe cut back a bit. I am sure chrism will let you know what you should do. blessings, Linda , " Andrew " <andyrpreston wrote: > > Hi guys, does anyone else find they get back pain from doing the tibetans? Guest guest
Hello Andrew, This can be a convergence of many issues. But from a Kundaliini context this is the Shakti beginning to build pressure at the base of the spine. If this pain is at the tailbone or extending from there this is what the indication would be within the Kundalini context. Of course you could have injured yourself or in some other way have brought this about. But if this is not the case Andrew then your labors are beginning to bear fruit. - blessings to you. - chrism , " Andrew " <andyrpreston wrote: > > Hi guys, does anyone else find they get back pain from doing the tibetans? Guest guest
Hmm, well I'll have to keep an eye on it. Its definitely at the base but isnt quite as low down as the tailbone, more like 5cm or so above. Its not a pain that you feel when bending over to pick something up and think " ooh I've hurt my back! " . Just a pain that's there. I will take care and cut back if it gets worse. Thanks for the advice Blessings Andy
Guest guest
This is exactly the sensation I had during most of the Shaktipat. I expected it to be lower but it was right there, 5cm above tailtip. For me it wasn't the tibetans but the Shaktipat, I just know it.The sensation is not pain, but more like strong pressure. So I'm 85% certain it's not physical damage from tibetans in your case either, but a good sign. Blessings, Aarni , " Andrew " <andyrpreston wrote: > > Hmm, well I'll have to keep an eye on it.
