Guest guest
Hi everyone, Check back posts about back pain. Lots of posts about it before... As Chrism gets more and more busy, perhaps we should all do that first before posting, many of our answers might be right at our fingertips. Then post the answer you found for others with the question. If you haven't done something to specifically hurt your back like lifting something heavy, quite often has told us the back pain can be a sign of the Kundalini. Perhaps even a precursor build-up towards a spinal sweep, particularly during shaktipat. I think we can all look to the safeties and refine our practice to relieve the back pain, or help the Kundalini further it's agenda if it's a blockage. We can reread the safeties and see where are practice might be falling a little short. We can sit in meditation and listen to the kundalini speaking to us through the pain in our body, and what it is asking of us. Some of my thoughts on it... Whatever you do, please consider other options before reaching for some type of pill to pop. Post here, consider your diet, consider the safeties, your thoughts and actions before the pain comes, it may be reflecting a particular issue that is ready to be worked on and resolved thus furthering your progress along your kundalini path! some of my thoughts! be well, bradly
Guest guest
I like this post. I agree, that we can find lots of wisdom in the past posts. I also know that a lot of the wisdom comes from the others members of the group, thanks to all of you. I just wanted to share what seemed to me to be the first " stirring " of the energy. I was driving somewhere yesterday, and as I was driving, I was trying to practice joy and gratefullness. As I was doing this, I was also trying to feel where the chakra places are, just get a sensation in each of the places, so that when I begin to meditate (when I am better at this) I'll know where to concentrate. ANyway, all of a sudden, I felt this pressure right at the base of my spine, in back, like a squeezing or a tension. It doesn't hurt, it just " feels " . And I can even now, whenever I think about it, make that same sensation. Am I doing it right? Thank you to all. This Mississippi turtle will get there, probably at the end of the pack, but I guess that is ok too. Shaun , " curball2002 " <curball2002 wrote: > > Hi everyone, > > Check back posts about back pain.
