I find this interesting...backposts about back pain, and a Missippi Mud Turtle.

Looking through archived msgs can be a pain in the back-end, but is worth the

journey. When seeking out the address for watermelon seeds it took me over an

hour, but in that I ended reading posts from 2005!

To some, and from my own experience, the spirit of the turtle is one of

protection, healing and inner knowledge. The turtle is considered by some

Indigenous cultures as a sacred symbol. North America is referred to as Turtle

Island. The medicine of turtle is its deliberate and thorough approach to life;

the turtle is courageous because it makes progress only when it sticks its neck

out, like posting on KAS-1 :), and moves forward with a patient, steady flow in

order to achieve the desired results. I find that it is the journey which fills

me with compassion and emphathy...a journey to be cherished, experienced,

inhaled and savored if you are so fortunate to be given this option.

I'm suddenly craving a Mississippi Mud pie!

Hugs-

Danielle

*tip: remove prior post text-keeping just a few lines to reference when

replying. This helps with the 'clutter' effect of posting.

of the pack, but I guess that is ok too.
