Guest guest
Why would you cut back? I suggest that you take a look at this phenomena. Here is something unusual and not overly pleasant. Here we have some pain. Now if this pain is directly linked to Kundalini, which I feel it is, how do you feel about Kundalini? How do you feel about having phenomena that is painful? Does this take you away from this journey? I ask these questions merely to help you place the actual " having of Kundalini " in a different context than " wanting the Kundalini. " Sometimes there will be pain. Sometimes there will be fear. Some times things may get ugly. What then? - Just some things to think about. - blessings all! - chrism , " Andrew " <andyrpreston wrote: I will take care and cut back if it gets worse. >Thanks for the advice
Guest guest
You're right of course. The initial response to back away is I guess an in bred society thing. I'll put a good amount of time away today to meditate without thinking to much about it and see what my body tells me.
Guest guest
Yes a good plan. I write of these issues because we often do not come into the Kundalini with a clean slate here in the western societies. We come with unresolved issues. These issues can be greatly expanded by the Kundalini. It can get fearful and painful very quickly. So we are given no choice once Kundalini is up and flowing. Then it is surrender to the Kundalini agenda and work upon your issues. Better to do that or to be in that process before the awakening. Better to know and expect what our unresolved issues can bring and then to not shirk from there balancing. - chrism , " Andrew " <andyrpreston wrote: > > You're right of course.
