Guest guest
Sounds like a series of baking soda baths would do you well Elektra. See if you can do a series of nine separated by a day. - blessings to you! - chrism
Guest guest
I will try but I don't have a bath which is why I still haven't managed to do this. It doesn't work very well in the shower! I have been on anti histamine just to cope and try to bring the itchy down. I am getting a bit better now but I just get to my wits end, when you are damaging yourself every night in your sleep it becomes very painful and upsetting, and also I have very loud building work ongoing outside my home non stop all hours of the night and day. Over all since I moved in to my husbands office, and now live with a million people (ok i exaggerate!) my mental balance has been off and I just cant deal with my skin and asthma flaring up. It sometimes seems nothing I do is right for me. I fast, my skin gets awful, i don't fast, it gets awful, I do yoga, it gets worse and worse, I stop polluting my body , it gets to its worse ever and stays that way for nearly half a year. My most concern right now is for my body to get well. Thanks for the love and advice all, love elektra x x x
Guest guest
If your near an ocean that is clean enough to go into please do this and let the salt water dry upon you. Do this as much as you can. If you are near mineral baths such as hot springs these can also offer you some remedy. When you can find a tub please do the baking soda for an entire series " 9 times " with a twenty four hour separation between each treatment. , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > I will try but I don't have a bath which is why I still haven't managed to do this. Guest guest
Hi Elektra ) first of all, ew, sounds like you're having a real go of it! secondly, I wanted to help if I could. I looked up the Louise Hay affirmation on allergies - " I am at peace. The world is safe and friendly. " I don't know if you've come across EFT but it's a nice way of programming affirmations deep into your subconscious: you tap on acupressure points in a particular sequence while repeating your affirmation. Might help! love, Amanda , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > I will try but I don't have a bath which is why I still haven't managed to do this. Guest guest
oops, I forgot to say that I also saw lovely results with calendula (marigold) cream over the summer on allergies. Flower power! which reminds me to add a big hello to Deb - )) Amanda , " amandatflood " <amandatflood wrote: > > Hi Elektra ) > > first of all, ew, sounds like you're having a real go of it! > > secondly, I wanted to help if I could. Guest guest
Hi Elektra, It sounds from your description like you're surrounded by too many people. Some things that have helped me in that situation include hard physical exercise (for me this means it needs to make me sweat and cause a little muscle awareness), eating some meat, keeping my earbuds in a lot, getting away, and immersion in water. Also, trying to always keep my attention engaged on something. If I just let myself space out a little I pick up everyone else's emotions and get sucked into experiencing others' mind-states. Getting away could be as little as going to a nearby park, museum, whatever. Find a power place where you feel stillness and try to spend a little away time there whenever you can.
