Thank you so much Julia for all your advice, I am over whelmed by all the

amazing suggestions, and will take something form everyone I'm sure. I am

already feeling mentally , emotinoally and physically much stronger.

I am finding peppermint tea works wonders, and I'm watching to see which foods

help to cut out.

I love Olive Oil and use it often :-))
