Hi and all,

I asked a question last night that never got addressed. I haven't been able to

do the tibetans since having a bum (left)shoulder/shoulder blade/arm issue. The

other day it somewhat affected my thumb & thought I was getting bad carpal

tunnel (which I've never had) as I could barely lift anything. that resolved

overnight. I'm doing gentle yoga stretches to increase mobility there and a

restorative shoulderstand seems to really feel good to it. I think its working

out an old injury from a car accident I was in decades ago. any problems with

not doing the tibetans with the scatterfield?

 

I also think there is something about balancing the male & female energies going

on on some very deep level. all my dreams are suggesting this. I've had some

very warped programing about male/female relationships that is all coming to the

surface for me to explore right now. I have always had this self-consciousness

& its been pretty intensified lately at times but am just walking through it. I

see it crystal clear in my brother and sister, the same issues.

 

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure will comment Jan, though I would say keep digging into those

safeties. Look for things to forgive, keep forgiving them again and again until

they no longer come up. Forgive everyone involved in the accident and other

issues even from your early childhood, (that's a great place to start) and keep

noticing the issues with your brother and sister and forgive those as well. And

forgive yourself too of course!

 

Come receive healing on the healing group if you wish. Post there and people

will send healing for you. Excellent you are going slowly and carefully. There's

no rush right?

 

If you have a partner, you might want to check on backposts about massage with

peanut oil I believe it was? Olive oil? Check the healing and main group.

I believe you can do the chakra breathing instead Jan, do 21 times per chakra

going up as we do for the shaktipat day 5 and 6.
