Here is a possible fix for those who did not get on the conference.

Hi Everyone,

I was so disappointed that I could not sign on to the conference.

This morning I started searching the help pages to see what was up. So

here is what i found.

There are two different instant message thingys on . i had " mail

chat " , which i thought would work for the conference...it does not.

There is a separate chat called " instant messenger " which has to be

downloaded onto your computer. It does everything mail chat does and a lot more.

I downloaded the instant messenger program. was able to connect to me in

a test conference.

I think now the problem is fixed.
