Wings & Colours-()

Hi & Group,

 

It was an amazing seminar on Wed. and worth staying up late for. I'm not sure if

I can also make Sundays as the in-laws have invited themselves for dinner. I

should not be such a good cook.

 

I woke this morning to my body doing all sorts of odd things and moving itself

into weird positions. My hands were pressed together in the Gasho/prayer

position for ages and would not be pulled apart. I also find this happens a lot

in the evening while watching TV? Anyway, I then felt the 'snakes' rising and

the urge to push upward.

 

I went to the bathroom, sat there and let the urge to push upward take over. As

it rose up my spine towards my head it seemed to branch out at my shoulders and

it felt as if it was pushing out of each side of my back and forming into wings.

It was as though my body was splitting open to accompany these extra

limbs/wings.

 

While this was going on I did my best to concentrate on my third eye and my eyes

opened up wide and all the colours in the bathroom took on their opposite colour

on the spectrum. Purple was now green, blue was yellow and the new yellow soap I

had bought was blue. The shades in between were amazing - colours I could only

dream about were all around me. I must have sat there on the loo for 15-20mins,

my 2 eyes wide open, my third eye making the colours change  in my 2 eyes, (if

that makes sense?), my body was open as if I had no insides, just a space all

the way up my body.

 

That was a few hours ago and I feel exhausted as if I've had a long workout.
